2014 HPMS Workshop

The Southern California Association of Governments, in collaboration with Caltrans, hosted a Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS) workshop on April 2, 2014.

The Highway Performance Monitoring System program plays an important role in providing the FHWA with consistent state-specific data used to analyze the state of the nation’s highway system and to create federal-aid apportionment formulas.

The Workshop:

• Provided an overview of the HPMS program and its significance for local jurisdictions
• Addressed data collection for 2014 reporting
• Addressed changes in the HPMS program
