Land Use and Housing

The Land Use and Housing Chapter will collect and record the results of the Compass program. The Compass team is working with selected jurisdictions in key growth areas of the region to develop tools to attract and implement the growth envisioned in the Compass plan. The RCP will present implementation tools for broad application of potential actions around the region.
