Regional Data

This section provide users with access to regional planning data available through SCAG's website. Data in this section include Aviation, Census, Economic, Growth Projections, Housing, and other data in a non-spatial format.

GIS Applications and Maps

This section provide users with access to spatial data available from the website or that may be ordered through the website. You will also be able to find an Interactive Atlas, which permit users to view, print, and download interactive maps. You will also be able to find a list of existing maps that are available from SCAG publications or have been created for other planning activities.

  • Regional Transportation & Monitoring Information System
    RTMIS is a transportation monitoring and performance assessment application, which assists staff in monitoring and assessing the performance of the current transportation system against regional goals. Highway and High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) data that can be easily accessed for project analysis, transportation planning, traffic forecasting, congestion management and many other activities.
  • SCAG Interactive Atlas
    The SCAG Interactive Atlas enables users to view, print and download interactive maps prepared by SCAG. The SCAG Interactive Atlas allows broad access to maps of SCAG's regional data. These maps are organized into data categories such as economic, demographic and housing maps. These maps are completely interactive in that they allow users to zoom and pan to the area of their interest, control how the map data is displayed, and then print or download the map as an image that the user can import into a document or presentation.
  • Maps in SCAG's Publications
    This page cross references existing maps that are available in SCAG publications. The page lists the types of maps found in each of SCAG's major publications and has links to the maps in those publications. The maps listed on this page are distinct from maps in the SCAG Interactive Atlas in that they are not interactive (fixed resolution) and they often contain information that is specific to the reports that contain them.
