Permanent Local Housing Allocation Technical Assistance

Interested in applying for Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) funding? In collaboration with HCD and the Southern California Association of Non-Profit Housing (SCANPH), SCAG will be hosting an informational webinar and office hours regarding PLHA grants. The purpose of PLHA funding is to provide a permanent source of funding to all local governments in California to help cities and counties implement plans to increase the affordable housing stock. These funds can be used for a wide variety of affordable housing support and can include partnerships and delegation of implementation.

Attendees will be able to ask HCD, SCANPH, and SCAG staff about the application process, eligibility requirements and eligible housing activities. The webinar will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 21 from 10 to 11:30 a.m.
