Share your input on Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA) reform! Join us as we collect your thoughts and feedback on various RHNA issues such as the regional determination, methodology and distribution of regional need, appeals process, and more. SCAG will be reviewing input to make recommendations to the Community, Economic and Human Development Committee and Regional Council for submittal to the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) by Fall 2022.

Given the declared state of emergency (pursuant to State of Emergency Proclamation dated March 4, 2020) and local public health directives imposing and recommending social distancing measures due to the threat of COVID-19, and pursuant to Government Code Section 54953(e)(1)(A), the meeting will be conducted in a hybrid manner (both in-person and remotely by telephonic and video conference); however, SCAG’s offices are currently closed to the general public and public participation will occur as described in the instructions below.

SCAG, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), will accommodate persons who require a modification of accommodation in order to participate in this meeting.
