2027 Federal Transportation Improvement Program
The 2027 FederalStatus report Transportation Improvement Program (FTIP) implements transportation projects for federal fiscal years 2026-27 through 2029-30, as planned in the Connect SoCal 2024 Regional Transportation Plan/Sustainable Communities Strategy. The FTIP comprises three volumes: Executive Summary (Volume I), Technical Appendix (Volume II), List of Projects (Volume III (Part A & Part B). Volume II includes the federally required conformity analysis and findings for the SCAG region. Volume III includes a county-by-county breakdown of local highway, state highway, and transit projects.
On July 2, 2026, the SCAG Regional Council authorized the release of the Draft 2027 FTIP for a 30-day public review and comment period.
