Connect SoCal outlines strategies to help our communities thrive when it comes to mobility, housing, economy, and the environment. This 2024 update of the plan will carefully consider the needs of our diverse population and expected challenges due to climate change.

SCAG’s process to develop Connect SoCal is an opportunity for everyone in our six-county region to share their thoughts on important issues that affect our everyday lives.

  • How can we best get around?
  • How can we meet the housing needs of our communities?
  • How can we ensure that our region develops in a way that meets the demands of the future?
  • How can we remain healthy, strong, and prosperous?
