The SCAG Ethics Hotline exists to report conduct that may be unethical, illegal, in violation of professional standards, or otherwise inconsistent with SCAG’s policies. Before using the Ethics Hotline, please consider whether your concern can be directly raised with someone at SCAG.
An individual may submit an incident reports to the Ethics Hotline using any of the following methods:
by phone
Call toll-free to report an incident at 1-888-952-6654.
by Fax
Submit an incident report by fax to 1-604-926-5668.
Report Online
Submit an incident report online and check the status of an existing report on the Integrity Counts website.
by email
Submit an incident report by emailing SCAG@integritycounts.ca.
Must include SCAG name with report.
