Safe And Active Streets Working Group
This meeting features presentations about the Sustainable Communities Program Active & Safety Projects, Quick Builds, and the City of Montebello’s First/Last Mile (FLM) Master Plan.
Staff will also provide updates on the Active Transportation Program Cycle 7, the latest Go Human Safety Strategies, Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Grant Program, and FY25 California Office of Traffic Safety Grant Application.
Participants will also have an opportunity to suggest topics for future meetings in the upcoming year.
This working group highlights SCAG initiatives and funding programs, discussions on emerging issues and innovations and best practices for increasing safe mobility across the region.
