2023 Draft FTIP

On July 7, 2022, SCAG’s Regional Council authorized the release of the Draft 2021 Federal Transportation Improvement Program (FTIP) for a 30-day public review and comment period. The period will run from July 8, 2022, to 5 p.m. on August 8, 2022.

The Draft 2023 FTIP implements transportation projects for fiscal years 2020/23 – 2025/28 as planned in the Connect SoCal - Regional Transportation Plan / Sustainable Communities Strategy (RTP/SCS). It is comprised of three volumes: Executive Summary (Volume I), Technical Appendix (Volume II), and List of Projects (Volume III (Part A & Part B). Volume II includes the federally required conformity analysis and findings for the SCAG region. Volume III includes a county-by-county breakdown of Local Highway, State Highway, and Transit projects.
