2023 Proposed Final FTIP

***Subject to Regional Council approval at the October 6, 2022 meeting.***

The 2023 FTIP implements transportation projects for fiscal years 2022/23 – 2027/28 as planned in the Connect SoCal – Regional Transportation Plan / Sustainable Communities Strategy (RTP/SCS). It is comprised of three volumes: Executive Summary (Volume I), Technical Appendix (Volume II), and List of Projects (Volume III (Part A & Part B). Volume II includes the federally required conformity analysis and findings for the SCAG region. Volume III includes a county-by-county breakdown of Local Highway, State Highway, and Transit projects.
