This working group will feature a presentation from the Port of Long Beach on their SCAG Sustainability Award-winning Community Grants Program, a demonstration of Esri’s equity tools and use cases in Southern California, and an update on SCAG’s upcoming Sustainable Community Program Call for Applications on Civic Engagement, Equity, and Environmental Justice.

The Regional Planning Working Groups (RPWG) provide a forum to engage stakeholders in the development and implementation of plans and policies to advance the region’s mobility, economic and sustainability goals. These groups will also help support the development of Connect SoCal 2024, the Regional Transportation Plan/Sustainable Communities Strategy.
