SCAG Housing Element Parcel Tool

Join us for an introduction to the Housing Element Parcel (HELPR) tool, a web-mapping tool developed by SCAG to help local jurisdictions and stakeholders understand local land use and site opportunities for aligning housing planning with the state’s 6th cycle housing element updates which are due in October 2021. HELPR is principally based on updated, curated versions of parcel-level land use data and other datasets available through SCAG’s open data portal. It also allows for downloads of tabular and spatial data for external use.
