The Year in Review: 2022-23 highlights SCAG’s work to lead the region, identifying and addressing Southern California’s unique needs and planning to reach our shared goals.  

The video details some of 2022-23 Regional Council President Jan Harnik’s top priorities for SCAG this last year, like the development of Connect SoCal 2024, the Regional Transportation Plan/Sustainable Communities Strategy update. This work was full steam with the adoption of the plan’s Policy Development Framework, new subcommittees and the launch of an extensive outreach program. Additionally, the video highlights SCAG successes from 2022-23 around innovative solutions for broadband, transportation, housing and more.
