Draft Fiscal Year 2026-27 Overall Work Program Public Review and Comment Period
SCAG welcomes comments on the Draft Fiscal Year 2026-27 Overall Work Program (OWP). The OWP outlines work for SCAG to accomplish during the next fiscal year, discussing the region’s needs and the planning priorities and programs to address them. In addition to serving as a management tool for SCAG staff and Regional Council members, the OWP creates visibility for regional coordination with local and subregional stakeholders and complies with federal and state requirements.
SCAG accepts public comment in person at meetings, via U.S. Post and email, and via a dedicated phone line. Comments are summarized and publicly reported according to SCAG’s participation standards for transparency. Comments may be submitted by telephone (213) 236-1895, by email to nguyenk@scag.ca.gov or by completing the online comment form below. Electronic comment submissions are preferred but not required. All written comments must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. on April 6 and addressed to:
