Councilmember Jenny Crosswhite was first elected in 2014 and is serving her third term on the City Council. Crosswhite also serves as pastor of First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Santa Paula and has 26 years of graphic design experience. Crosswhite holds a dual Batchelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design and Spanish and a Master of Divinity degree. Crosswhite is married to Santa Paula Native Daniel Sandoval and has two stepchildren. She is fluent in English and Spanish. 

Over the past 8 years, Crosswhite has served on the following regional boards: 

Ventura Council of Governments (2018-Present)
Ventura County Transportation Commission (2018-2020)
Ventura Regional Sanitation District (2020-2022)
and Community Action of Ventura County (2015-2019)
