Join us for the second virtual workshop to learn more about SCAG’s Development Streamlining efforts to help expedite housing approvals. The topic for the second workshop will offer a brief overview of the Density Bonus Law and AB 2345, recent amendments, the difference between incentives/concessions and waivers, and provide some examples.
